One previous tip that I have given before was to use tab flyers and post them around in public places such as colleges. If you listened to my advice and went out to test it yourself then you would see that it definately works. I went to a local college and posted a tab flyer in a bathroom stall to see how many tabs would be left after 2 days. After 2 days, I came back to the same stall and found all tabs were ripped off except for 2 tabs! It just goes to show you that tab flyers do work and people are interested in what I am promoting after all. So go out and try it!

#42. Get some canvas tote bags printed up with your business information printed on it. Find a few ladies who are very active in your community and ask them to use your tote bag and give it to them for FREE under the agreement that they will use it every time they go out in the community for errands & events!

A few major players in the credit card industry are actually paying you to pay off your debt! You can't rely on others to spread your business for you because you have to actively be doing it yourself because no one knows about your business more than you. So get on out there and do something!

#39. Get your business info printed up on balloons! This is very economical to do! You then distribute them to local community centers, sporting events and other types of places where parents book their childrens birthday parties!

These balloons can be displayed at the birthday party giving you business exposure. You can usually get them done for .3-.8 cents each. Your business name & website address is all you need on them!

#38. Contact local area hotels, motels and bed & breakfast inns and ask them if you can do up a Lobby Basket and leave it in their Lobby.

What is a Lobby Basket? You make up little packs of info about your business & products and put them into the Lobby Basket for their patrons to take.

They usually have a pamphlet wall or area too with pamplets from local area attractions etc. If they dont have a lobby basket area, inquire about leaving your business info in their pamphlet area.

Usually I never believed in sweepstakes because I never won any sweepstakes before nor did anyone that I know ever won so I was very skeptical about entering. Little did I know that my fate would change for the better and my belief in sweepstakes has forever changed. In an attempt to rid myself of useless points, I tossed all of my points into a win a free Flip Video sweepstakes. A month later, a package arrived on my footsteps and with disbelief, inside was a free Flip Video and a congratulation letter from the sweepstakes! Sweepstakes are real after all, who knew. See if you can set up a table for 1 week with 3 of your best selling products on it along with some catalogs, fliers, coupons and your business card. Keep a basket on the table for any customer orders which you can follow up on after you return back to pick up your display. Offer the store owner or manager a free gift for allowing you to do this.

There are a lot of programs out there that most people who can take advantage of it do not do so but that's not because they do not want to but most of the time they do not know how to get started. There is a huge list of free programs out there for low income families. The gas company has a program that would discount your gas bills every month. A number of phone companies participate in Lifeline which is a program that would discount your phone bill to less than 5 dollars! Edison has a really good program as well. Edison would actually give your home an energy efficient upgrade for free as well as give you a discount on your monthly electric bills. Also, if you have a refrigerator that is 15 years or older then Edison will haul your old refrigerator away for free and replace your refrigerator with a brand new refrigerator for free! If you're low income then remember these programs were made just for you.

#24. Take your business on the road during nice weather. Contact local area parks & community centers to see what their schedule of events are and inquire about setting up a booth or table.

This is a great way to network & market your business to those in your community.

Have you ever seen sign wavers? I'm sure you have probably every day that you step outside and go somewhere. Sign wavers are cheap and are one of the most effective tools you have in terms of advertising. You might laugh at sign wavers but they really do bring in the money. I know this for a fact because I have worked at Liberty Tax Service and 95% of the customers only knew of Liberty because of the sign wavers. If the sign wavers weren't there then business would be a bust for such a large franchise.

Of course, not all of us can afford a sign waver so what else can you do to advertise your business and bring in the money? The answer to your prayers are giant magnets with your advertisement on it. You can slap one on your car and advertise your business while you run your errands, pick up your kids, go to school, etc. It's cheap and it's effective. You can place them on all of your cars so whenever your wife, husband, kids, parents, friends, relatives, go somewhere it would be free advertisement for you.

#23. Get a low cost outdoor banner printed up with your business information on it. You can usually get them done for $55 or less depending on who makes it.

You can have these outdoor banners displayed at outdoor music/concert events, outdoor childrens sporting events, outdoor adult sport events, outdoor neighborhood block parties, outdoor community events, carnivals, fairs, etc.

Finding freebies is nice but finding awesome deals is also as nice! One of my favorite website to go to on a daily basis is most definately Woot because they always offer a new Woot item every night at exactly 10 PM PST and only charge a flat shipping of only 5 dollars! You can buy a 50 inch HD and have it shipped to your door for only 5 bucks! It doesn't get any better than that! The Woot items are usually always better than most deals anywhere on the internet but sometimes they're not so remember to compare prices elsewhere before you decide to buy anything. Every now and then, you can buy their signature mystery item also known as a Bag of Crap. What's inside? You would have to buy one to find out.

#22. Small Home Town Newspapers! I don't get too good of a response when I do big newspaper city ads, however... when I target small town newspapers I usually get a great response. I even had them let me place an ad on their wedding and engagement announcements page which I advertised the Bridal Gift Registry.

So if you are going to do any type of newspaper advertising, inquire about getting your ads on specific pages in the newspaper that targets the group of people most likely to buy from you.

Adsense is a good method to make some chump change if you have a decent amount of traffic but for the majority of us, it is still not what we would expected. The time that you spend working on your sites does not compensate enough for the time that you spent unless of course you're someone like Perez Hilton. Since you're not Perez Hilton, you would need to use something else besides just Adsense alone. You can use affiliate marketing or obtain referrals which can make you $40 to $50 rich with each referral. So don't limit yourself to just Adsense, you will need to expand your choices to maximize your profit.

#21. Contact local small companies and shops to see if you can offer an exclusive discounts or freebie gift to their employees. Companies are always looking for a way to "treat" their employees to specials from the local surrounding community.

One thing that I do love about freebie sites is that they do simply pay for my gifts to others which is really helpful for birthdays and Christmas. I can get myself a Nintendo Wii bundle without having to pay over $5! Wouldn't you want to do the same? You can do it too. Think about it, a Wii bundle on most sites requires about 10 referrals because bundles are about $500 and since you only have to complete one offer which can be as less as $1 and the rest is up to your referrals to complete. A Wii bundle for $1 sounds sweet doesn't it? But it's true! If you don't like obtaining referrals then you can always do a DIY site and complete 10 full credit offers yourself which can cost you as low as $10 which is still pretty sweet. Freebies are totally sweet!

#19. Contact Companies in your area to see if you can come in and set up a table in the employee lounge or cafeteria for a employee shopping break! These days alot of companies will allow you to do this if you ask them!

Luckily for you, there are Do It Yourself sites also known as DIY for short. There is no need to refer anyone but if you do refer others under you then you do earn a 10% bonus on your referral earnings. This is good for those that would want to test out freebie sites before letting others join in under them. It is a good way to earn some free cash especially for those that do not trust completing offers that require a credit card. There are surveys you can fill out for cash or even be paid to sign up for free memberships on certain websites. Don't wait for referrals to come to you, just do it yourself!

So many offers to choose from isn't there? So which one should you do? Personally, I enjoy signing up for online trial offers like eFax, Blockbuster, Netflix, and so on. Why? Because if you decide to cancel your membership during the trial period, you can cancel online whereas there are other offers that will ship you a physical item which you would have to ship back to them if you decide to cancel. You would have to pay for your own shipping costs and if you may also be slapped with a 15% restocking fee so that's a double whammy. I like to keep things in the cyber world because it's cheap.

#15. Call your Local Area Colleges and find out when their next job/employment fair is. A lot of times you can get a booth or table for less than $35 and you will get a lot of GREAT new recruit leads by participating in events like these.

Then you should use the Cookie Monster to track your cookies!

After you download it then go through my instructions with nothing open except for the cookie monster and your freebie site...close all other applications. Once you are ready to start open the cookie monster and be sure it is empty...if not then clear it....once its clear then go to the freebie site and log in... then check the cookie monster to see if that cookie is there...if it is then you are getting that cookie and so far so good...if it isn't then something is wrong with your settings or you have something blocking it...if it was okay then progress to the next step and once at the offer page check the cookie monster again!

How an Offer Credits / How to sign up and Complete Offers!

When doing offers you NEED to have 3 specific cookies take root in your files in order to get the credit.

First thing to mention is that you should never ever clear your cookies while you are logged in on a freebie site!!! When your trader gives you their link you should go to that site by clicking on the link and sign up. Same goes with DIY sites as well. Some sites do a verification phone call so have your phone handy in case. Make sure you fill out everything accurately. Once you are all signed up then go ahead to the offers and browse them...do not actually sign up yet though...just browse. Look through them and decide on which ones interest you then click on them and check out their TERMS OF SERVICE so that you know exactly what that offer will entail. Once you have an idea on which ones you want to do then you should close all of your windows and log out without completing anything. Once you are logged out then you CLEAR YOUR COOKIES...and that is how completing offers begins! Now log back into the site and this time with the intent to do the offers....

The first cookie is placed from the freebie site you are working on.
...you should have the site cookie in your files and nothing else if you just cleared them before logging into the site.

The second cookie is the first page of the offers.
...you should have only clicked on the offer you want to complete and so you now have the freebie site cookie and the offer sites first cookie (an extra cookie or two may also enter the scene here and that is okay as long as you see the offer cookie and the site cookie as well)

The third cookie is the offer completion cookie.
...the landing page that everyone tells you to leave up for a few minutes. Now sometimes if you stray away from that by clicking on Terms of Service or something else and the order of cookies is interfered with or is messed up the offer might not credit. So that is why i recommended that you browse through them first and read all the TOS before hand.

So in short if you clear your cookies, then log into the freebie site, then go to the offers page (first cookie needed), then click on the offer you want to do (second cookie needed), then complete the offer all the way through to the final page without problems (third cookie you need) you should end up having the proper cookies. If this happens then it should credit. Now some computers have safeguards in their spyware so that all these unnecessary cookies don't get stored in your computer but most are okay...but if you are having trouble then you may want to disable them. Pop ups need to be on since the offer is essentially a pop up...so be sure not have the blocker on...and your settings need to be able to accept all cookies!

#12. Donate a Product to your local area Radio Station, they have numerous contests and they are always looking for sponsors!

Your donation can be written off as a tax deduction plus you will get FREE Advertising & Business Exposure for your donation!

One thing you may not know is that you should not click away as fast as you can because information may not register correctly. You should let everything load correctly because if you click away before information is fully registered then you may not receive credit. Let the landing page load up for at least 5 minutes before you go clicking away as a way to allow the information to register.

#11. Contact your local medical offices, particularly Gynecology and OB Offices and Pediatric Offices and inquire about you leaving information with them.

This is a way for you to target Parents of Children with both the home party opportunity, the business opportunity and new customer sales.

You should always keep track of your offers and organizations because you can only do a specific offer once! If you sign up for an offer on one site then you cannot sign up for it ever again on any other site. Doing so would be committing fraud because you would then create multiple accounts for that particular offer which is against the rules.

*Also Some of the offers brought to us are hosted on these Freebie Sites by the same company called Pacific Webworks and lots of these offers look attractive to do because they tend to be cheap trials. The rule is that you can only ever do a specific offer once BUT you can also only ever do a Pacific Webworks offer once too. It will say within an offers Terms Of Service if it is brought to you by PWW and you should be checking the TOS on the offers anyway!

However, one of the many reasons why they do not receive credit is because they did not follow the right precautions. So here is a few tips you should follow if you wish to receive credit without any errors.

Apparently it was just an unfortunate false alarm due to the FAQ page on the SantasGiftsAllYear's DIY page stating that the DIY site was open to all countries which has not been removed from the page. There is such a thing as freebie rivalry among freebie forums and freebie networks that it is pretty insane. The stem of their rivalry goes way back and it still lives on even today. It was so long ago that my interpretation may be a little off but the forum rivalry has always been between
Anything4Free and FreeiPodGuide. ReferralSwapper wasn't really caught in the drama because they were never really focused on their forum but A4F and FiPG were the two big shot callers of the freebie forum trading world. Their users shot back and forth at each other claiming to be the best and what not. I registered on all of the forums listed and in my opinion, I think A4F is better and by comparing their activeness today, A4F wins hands down. I believe that A4F is still standing tall because they do not tolerate scammers and will ban them and their networks from the forum whereas FiPG will still support them. I will not name anyone but I do see that they are still rubbing elbows with FiPG and acting as if they never scammed anyone nor have they returned any money to those that they scammed. Another sign of rivalry can be seen at the grade level of different networks. A4F will grade sites according to user polls taken every month and by how much gifts are sent out to users whereas FiPG pretty much plays favorites. For instance, Free4Me is by all means a grade A site but FiPG will never allow Free4Me to move up to a grade A site because there is a little grudge between FiPG and Free4Me. FiPG won't allow an honest and highly praised network be a grade A site but they will allow a big time scamming network that takes not weeks but months to send out any gifts and puts any accounts on hold and have plenty of users filing complaints to Better Business Bureau and wanting to sue the network known as FreePay. No wonder there would be some rivalry eh?

It has come to my attention that a long time incentive site will be closing its doors officially on December 15th,2008. It has been around for years but unfortunately it has been forced to shut down. The owner, Benjette has not released as to why she is shutting the site down but for most sites, it is mainly due to scammers and users committing fraud and of course personal reasons. Fraud really ruins the freebie market because fraud may not always be caught at first so some scammers are able to cash out before it happens and when the affiliates notice the fraud that went on the affiliates would ultimately revoke the credit that was given and thus refuse to pay the site owners which ends up as a double whammy loss to the site owners. You may think that you're only really screwing the site owners over but really you're screwing everyone over including yourself because you will be marked and banned as a scammer and some networks will go and prosecute you for committing a crime. For those that are considering doing a number of sites or even swapping sites, you should be cautious of which offers you sign up for. Some offers have certain clauses located in their terms of service in which most people would overlook and not bother reading. Networks like Pacific Web Works have a clause where you can only do one of their offers so if you choose to do one then you cannot do any other to receive credit for it. You can complain that you did not receive credit but there's nothing you can do because it's in the terms that you are only allowed to do one offer from them. Other offers may have the clause where you sign up for a trial product but would charge you extra fees or even restocking fees so watch out for those offers as well. Your best resources for offers ratings and reviews would be from the list of forums that I have listed in my previous posts. You can find a link to those sites in my links menu as well. Of course the best offers are the free offers or the cheap offers where you do not have to ship anything back if you decide to cancel. Read any reviews, before you do any offers.

When it comes to doing freebies there will be certain terminology you may not pick up whether you are doing it yourself or trading with others. Today, I will go over the most common acronyms and terms that are commonly used. Some are pretty easy to guess while others may not be as easy.

Green: The term green or going green is used when you or your referrals have signed up and completed an offer and has received credit for the offer. Their sign up status will show as green and you are one step closer to receiving your free gift.

Grey: The term grey is when your referral or yourself have not completed an offer.

Offer: Advertisers pay the freebie site a referral commission when you sign up for the advertiser's product whether it be a trial or not which are called an offer.

GPT: Get Paid To are incentive sites where you are paid to do things yourself rather than referring others under your line. It could be by search, clicks, forum posting, doing offers, and so on. It's the do it yourself of the freebie world.

MCR: Manual credit report is a support ticket that you submit when you do not receive credit for the offer that you or your referral did. Usually you will send a MCR after 2 weeks of not receiving credit. It is important to keep your introductory emails as proof that you did do the said offer.

Approval: Approval is the stage where the site will review your account to make sure there is no fraud among you or your referrals in terms of personal information and offers. If you pass approval then you can order your free gift.

TR: TR is short for trade record. After a successful trade with another trader you are both rewarded with a TR point to show how many successful trades you have accomplished.

So now that you have decided on which forum you want to sign up for, we will venture onward to steps of trading. Being new in the freebie world would make you feel very anxious and make you vulnerable to scammers so listen well and listen good. Everyone loves fresh meat because you can possibly be able to sign up for their sites and they have TR advantage over you. You will receive plenty of messages from other users asking for a trade so here is what you need to know. The usual rule is the person with the lower TR which would be you, will go first. You will be asked to sign up on their site and after you complete your offer and go green they will in return sign up and go green on your site. Afterall all is said and done, you will both receive one TR point for the successful trade. However, most newbies will not experience this at first because they do not take the proper precautions.

1. Never trade with another newbie because they are likely a scammer with another fresh scam account.
2. Always check out their profile and see when their account was made and who they traded with.
3. If all of their trades are with newbies with fresh accounts then they are most likely TR boosting themselves with fake accounts.

Some forums will appeal to your visual tastes while others will appeal to your sense of content and so on. I never ever heard of incentive sites until 4 years ago during the incentive site boom which I guess had to do with the housing boom. A friend of mine sent me a link and told me to sign up as my friend's last referral so she can finally receive her free iPod. I had my doubts but as a friend, I did it anyways. A week later and to my surprise she received her free iPod and a free T-shirt to show off and that was when I knew incentive sites were legit. So I did a little Google and found sites that were created to help people complete their freebie sites by either swapping sites or paying others to be their referrals. It sounds crazy but that's the only real effective way to complete incentive sites because the only other ways would be if you have a site that receives a ton of hits and post your link or if you beg and beg your friends and family to sign up which is not likely going to happen anyways because people are doubtful. It's free but you do have to put work into it but most people don't so they quit and call it a scam.

There are 4 steps to completing an incentive site:

1. Sign up and complete an offer
2. Refer others to do the same
3. Once completed, pick your free gift
4. Receive your free gift

In my first year of swapping incentive sites using one of the sites that I use to swap trades, I have made over $7,000 in freebies and cash. It sounds great but be warned, there are risks so my suggestion to you would be to only do sites that are considered Grade A and trade with other traders that have a long history of being legit traders and have a high trade record. The mistake that most newbie traders do is that they become so excited that someone wants to trade with them that they would accept trades from everyone including other newbies which are most likely scammers with new accounts to scam with. So please proceed with caution.
